In the restaurant we also wanted to put the guests' peace first and avoid the buzz of an atmosphere full of people, so we keep the number of seats offered low.

The dishes are always cooked fresh and never heated at the time of serving. This is why we always recommend booking well in advance.

The dishes are typical of our region; we use seasonal products grown on the farm to cook them, otherwise we select the foods which we don't produce from neighbouring farms.
